The Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK, Ms. Caroline Ziadeh, met with the President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, Ms. Gresa Caka-Nimani.
They discussed the crucial role of the Constitutional Court in upholding the rule of law in Kosovo, including through ensuring the implementation of the Court’s decisions. They also discussed the importance of Kosovo’s commitment to promoting and protecting human rights and relevant international frameworks, pursuing gender-sensitive approaches and enhancing public awareness about the Court’s functions and activities.
