Some 221 patients from the local community in Kadugli, received treatment for different ailments during a free medical clinic organized by the Bangladesh Battalion.
The clinic was organized in collaboration with local authorities in Kordofan State, Sudan. Among the beneficiaries included men, women, the elderly, and children. The local Ministry of Health provided doctors and laboratory facilities.
Local authority representatives commended BanBatt for the initiative and appealed for similar medical outreach activities in other localities within the JBVMM Area of Operation.
